Against the clock.
Until it's right.

Time is the hardest constraint in medtech — so we move with urgency, and work as hard and as long as it takes to get it right. Tell us what you're building, or what you'd like to understand.

What's a Context Brief?

Deciding whether a medtech idea is worth building is a multivariate problem — market, regulatory, technical, competitive, and economic, all at once. A Context Brief gathers that whole context and distills it into one short, honest document you can act on. That's the name: the full context, briefed.

It's first principles applied to your idea — the same method we run everything on, and how the brief is built:

  1. 1ContextMap the whole picture — the idea, the market, the regulatory landscape, the economics.
  2. 2QuestionSharpen the one question that matters: is this worth building — and as what?
  3. 3DistillReduce the multivariate problem — dozens of variables — to the few that actually decide it.
  4. 4SimplifyTurn it into one clear call you can act on: go, reshape, or no-go.
  5. 5AccelerateCompress it to days, not quarters — your brief in five business days.
  6. 6ScaleRun by the engine, not a one-off team — so every brief is rigorous and repeatable.

Every brief draws on Seeker & Score's 13-layer model, live FDA & regulatory data, and a market, product, and competitor read — the same engine we'd use to build it. The result: a clear go / reshape / no-go, free.
